Wearnjoy Return & Refund Policy :
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your Wearnjoy online order within 14 days of receiving your items. To cancel, contact our support team with your order number.
2. Returning Your Items
Once you notify us of cancellation, please return the items within 14 days.
To ensure smooth processing:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All tags and packaging should be included
- Secure packaging is required for transit
(These conditions do not apply to faulty items.)
3. Refund Timeline
Wearnjoy processes refunds within a clear, fixed timeframe to comply.
Refund Processing Time: Your refund will be issued within 14 days of one of the following:
- The day we receive your returned item, or
- The day you provide proof that the item has been shipped back
Refund to Payment Method
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 3–10 business days to appear,

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund.
Wearnjoy will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or worn:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Personalised or custom‑made items
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
Any exclusions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
